Construction is underway of a new $5 million Fresh Thyme store in St. Peters, Missouri, with Knoebel Construction serving as the general contractor. The 28,720-square-foot store is scheduled for completion Winter 2018. The developer is InSite Real Estate and the architect is NORR.
The construction project consists of precast concrete and custom interior finishes, and will be completed within a condensed schedule. Fresh Thyme will employ approximately 95 people at the new St. Peters store. Knoebel Construction also just completed construction of Fresh Thyme in South St. Louis, which is scheduled to open this Fall.
