16th Annual Green Building Showcase

Explore the designs and sustainable attributes of four various green building types making positive impact in our communities, Tuesday, May 11 at 5:30 pm, virtually, with your local US Green Building Council. Projects presented will range from green space and flood mitigation, net zero energy, to LEED and WELL Design. Earn continuing education credit for AIA and GBCI and connect with your Green Buildings Are Better community.


  • Brentwood Bound – Building a Bright Future, stormwater management and community green space presented by Eric Gruenenfelder, Director of Parks and Recreation, City of Brentwood
  • Net Zero – Kept Simple, creating a net zero commercial headquarters in Brentwood presented by Todd Sweeney, Co-Founder, NAVIGATE Building Solutions
  • Creating Connections – Blending an Owner’s Core Philosophy and LEED Principles presented by Peter Steuterman, Contract/Construction Administrator, Hastings+Chivetta Architects
  • Mass Timber meets WELL Design, City Foundry STL Phase 2 development presented by Tim Robottom, Principal & Chief Operating Officer and Lisa Morrison, Associate Principal, Lawrence Group
