The St. Louis chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) will look at the five common mistakes when managing construction projects. The program will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 17.

Construction projects present unique challenges in getting the job done right while ensuring a good experience for everyone involved. Facility managers play a vital link on the project team. Greg Zuzack, senior project manager with Landco Construction, will share his 30 years of experience in the construction industry to pinpoint five common mistakes and the solutions to avoid these often costly mistakes. These strategies curtail expensive revisions while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of all concerned, including the project owners.
