Diversity & Inclusion: Cultivating Awareness in the Workplace

A panel of experts will discuss ideas to build diversity within workplaces and become more inclusive through encouraging minority students to explore careers in commercial real estate. The program is sponsored by CREW-St. Louis (Commercial Real Estate Women).
Commercial Real Estate Women was borne to increase opportunities and parity for women in the industry. Much work remains but there’s a growing awareness that the industry needs to grow through a more diverse workforce, too. Experts will address issues concerning the industry and provide ideas to cultivate awareness of and build a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
