Program outline:
Ryan McClure, director of communications for CityArchRiver Foundation, will address the progress in redesigning and redefining the Arch grounds and connecting it to the downtown area. He will also discuss the construction schedule and how much of the Arch grounds remain accessible during the process. Funded through a public-private partnership, the $380 million project will transform the area, providing an immense economic impact for the St. Louis region. Besides boosting sagging attendance to the Arch grounds, the project’s completion is estimated to bring an added impact of $367 million and 4,400 permanent jobs to the region.
