September 18, 2019 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

$35
Facebooktwitterlinkedinmail

Katie Magoon has over 20 years of human resources experience including a Fortune 200 company.

In 2016, she launched People Solutions Center an HR consulting firm for small to mid-size companies. The combination of her HR background, and practical experience allows her to advise leaders on how to best leverage their greatest asset – their people!

This development program explores a powerful model of human behavior that helps us understand why and how people say and do things based on their work style tendencies. Once people understand these behavioral styles, they gain new and valuable insights for themselves, others and situations. This improves the ability of individuals to determine how best to respond and adapt to specific individuals and situations in order to work more effectively together and achieve higher levels of performance.

The goals of this program include:

  • Developing a strong understanding of the impact of personal styles on workplace relationships
  • Creating understanding and appreciation for various styles
  • Providing tools and approaches to flex personal styles to better motivate and engage all team members

Important information for attendees –

Upon arrival, each attendee will need to check in at the lobby security desk to receive a campus badge.  Everyone must present a government issued ID (i.e. driver’s license) to receive a badge to access the campus.
