“Mindful Mentorship” is a new SMPS St. Louis members-only event, where you can meet a local client/developer to learn about their projects, expertise and teaming opportunities.
We welcome you to join us for our first “Mindful Mentorship” session with Jeff Tegethoff, a Principal of the Pearl Real Estate Companies and President of affiliate Pearl Capital Management, LLC. As President of Pearl Capital Management, LLC, Jeff focuses on raising equity and debt for funding the purchases of Pearl Real Estate Funds portfolio properties.
Pearl has jumped into the St. Louis market with several high-profile projects in recent years including the $80M Wildhorse mixed-use development in Chesterfield, $25M Hibernia Apartments/mixed-use development in Dogtown and by the beginning of next year, Tegethoff says Pearl hopes to break ground on another major project, an $80M development near Forest Park DeBaliviere.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48-hours prior to the event will be fully refunded. Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event. In the event the registrant is unable to attend, another individual from their firm can attend and the attendee will be expected to pay-at-the-door any applicable cost difference (ie: member vs non-member).
