Presentation and Tour of Browning Hall at Webster University
January 16 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm$35
The St. Louis Chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) will hold a presentation and tour Webster University’s Browning Hall.
Richard Bacino, AIA, senior vice president, and John C. McAllister, Associate AIA, associate vice president, of CannonDesign will discuss the architecture and design of Webster University’s new Browning Hall. The LEED-compliant Interdisciplinary Science Building transformed the university’s focus on science by tripling the number of science labs on campus. Completed in the summer of 2017, the 84,000-square-foot facility houses the departments of anthropology and sociology, biological sciences, international language and cultures, nurse anesthesia, nursing, and psychology, and the Institute for Human Rights & Humanitarian Studies. The glass walls throughout the building put “science on display.”
