July 19, 2017 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Whether from a broken water main, sewer back-up, sprinkler system or other occurrence, facility managers need to address issues from water damage. Sponsored by the St. Louis chapter of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the program will outline what needs to be done to handle potential problems from water damage.
Spencer Warren, Woodward Cleaning & Restoration, and Greg Chambliss, PSI, will discuss the impact of water damage and the proper techniques for drying affected areas of a facility. The program will focus on the necessary procedures to deal with water damage, with an emphasis on detecting mold and using the best methods to remediate sewage and mold issues.
