HDA Architects recently completed a 70,000 square foot state-of-the-art corporate headquarters and beverage distribution center for Price Distributing in Ennis, Texas.
The exterior office features a stone clad facade, standing seam metal roof and deep roof overhangs. The interior office features a clerestory window design that carries natural light into the core of the office and also includes exposed wood-paneled ceilings with linear direct/indirect lighting throughout the space. Custom wood millwork, stained concrete floors, granite countertops and stone accents are notable elements that can be found throughout the space.
The warehouse is constructed of thermomass insulated concrete tilt-wall panels and breaks down as follows:
- Warehouse Total – 62,138 SF
- Cooler – 3,540 SF
- P.O.S. – 4,256 SF
- Drive-in Side Bay Loading – 4,887 SF
- CTW – 41,407 SF
- Receiving / Loading – 4,910 SF
- 4 Dock spaces for Shipping and Receiving
