Latest addition grows The Gatesworth campus to more than one million square feet, creates approximately 100 new jobs

With the first phase of the two-phase expansion now complete, and 80 percent of the upscale new apartments already spoken for, McKnight Place Assisted Living is hosting a ribbon-cutting to celebrate this key milestone for the $32 million project and the Gatesworth Community. The special event will feature brief remarks by project owners and city officials and a warm welcome for the inaugural residents who will be among the first to call the new building home. Guests will enjoy complimentary light refreshments and guided tours of the new building’s high-end apartment homes and gorgeous common spaces.
