Rosen Scarfino was co-founded by managing partners Aaron Rosen and Brett Scarfino. Aaron is a registered professional engineer that specializes in forensic investigations for water leakage, condensation, and structural failure for varying building and exterior wall systems. He is also well versed in factors affecting appearance, performance, and fabrication limitations of high performance architectural glass. Aaron has acquired more than 12 years of professional experience working as a Technical Services Manager for a leading glass fabricator as well as an Architectural Engineering Consultant for a highly respected nationwide building enclosure consulting firm.
Brett has more than 10 years of experience handling various building enclosure consulting roles with a highly respected nationwide building enclosure firm. Brett has successfully managed the consulting efforts on projects with construction values ranging from $5 million to $500 million. He has extensive experience in all phases of design and construction with a range of envelope systems. While new construction has been Brett’s career emphasis, he has also contributed to a number of existing building projects spanning from reclad to structural failure, thermal discomfort, and water penetration.
