NewGround, a St. Louis-based experiential design-build firm, is excited to announce the opening of a new office based in Honolulu, Hawaii, located at 735 Bishop Street, Suite 325, inside the historic Dillingham Transportation Building. Built in 1929, the Dillingham Transportation Building was designed in an Italian Renaissance Revival by architect Lincoln Rogers. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 and was restored by Architects Hawaii Ltd. in 1980.

To support our efforts, NewGround has developed a locally-based leadership team that will be located in the new Honolulu office.
