Bankers will learn how to transform their brand for success
NewGround, a St. Louis-based design firm, announced that Senior Vice President of Business Development, Jeff Winter, is scheduled to speak at the 2018 Kentucky Bankers Association Spring Conference at the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort on April 18, 2018.
Jeff’s presentation entitled, “The Art of Branch Transformation,” explains how a bank’s unique brand is leveraged and transformed through a strategic combination of art and science. NewGround has discovered that while in-branch customer satisfaction is increasing, customer engagement and the likelihood to buy are often not keeping pace. The complex interplay between people, process, and technology, combined with the differences between branches across your network, means a “one size fits all” approach may not successfully deliver a bank’s business objectives.
“My goal for this session is to motivate bankers to think differently about creating memorable experiences, deepen their understanding of research associated with customer behavior, review critical aspects of branch transformations, and understand what a customer-facing universal banker skill set should look like,” said Jeff Winter, Senior Vice President of Business Development of NewGround.
Jeff brings a wealth of senior management experience in marketing, business development, and client retention to NewGround. Possessing a background in consulting, Jeff has helped organizations take a holistic view of their business to help uncover ways to improve work environments, move turnover to healthy levels, and most importantly, achieve long-term sustainable growth. Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree from Westminster College and received his MBA from Webster University.
