LCRA Holdings Corporation will be hosting an Informational Pre-Bid Meeting for an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for site preparation activities at the 97-acre future location of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in North St. Louis. This Pre-Bid Meeting will cover the main components of the RFP, which will include soil remediation and excavation, grading of the site, underground storage tank removal, asbestos abatement of real property, utility removal, and demolition of Class I structures.
This meeting is an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the scope and complexity of the activities and to meet other interested firms for potential partnering opportunities.
The official RFP is anticipated to be released by March 31, 2017.
