



Nancy Schnoebelen Imbs, founder and president of Polished, will discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias and the role of women in leadership positions.
A leadership and development consultant, Nancy Schnoebelen Imbs will focus on the impact of diversity awareness in today’s workplace. She will look at inclusion, how unconscious bias may affect perception, performance and productivity, and the value of women in leadership roles. Before launching Polished, Nancy served in leadership positions where she helped businesses such as Edward Jones, St. Louis Economic Development Partnership and Mercy Health boost their products and services, communications, marketing, brands and stature. She also is an author and regular contributor to KMOV’s Great Day St. Louis, and on KMOX and KTRS radio.
