Drivers who use westbound Interstate 44 to Broadway to get into downtown St. Louis should consider alternate routes come June 26 when the Missouri Dept. of Transportation closes this ramp for three weeks starting June 26.
MoDOT crews will close the ramp heading into the city of St. Louis from westbound I-44 to Broadway (exit 292-B) once the June 26 morning rush hour has ended.
Drivers can use the ramp from eastbound I-70 to Tucker (exit 249-B) or from westbound I-44 to Convention Plaza (exit 292-A) to get into the downtown area while the ramp is closed.
Work on the project to replace the Broadway bridge over I-44 continues through this summer.
