HDA Architects recently completed a tenant build-out for Airport Terminal Services (ATS) in Maryland Heights, Missouri. The 16,166 SF office is located in Westport Plaza and spans two stories. Design features throughout the space include colorful accent walls, quartz waterfall countertops, reclaimed wood statement walls and geometric acoustical clouds. A notable design element is a retractable glass partition that connects the training room and break room, which cultivates a communal work environment.
